The Name

When sitting down to name the brands I went through a lot of options:

Modern American
True American
Standard American
Northern Prep
Pique
Reading Apparel

and this is just the beginning. So many options and iterations. The funny thing is that sometimes the best option is right under your nose. Or in this instance running around your house making a mess.

Cameron Cooper are the names of my two sons. Cameron is 7 and Cooper is 3 at the time of naming the brands. Combining both of their first names creates on brand name that sounds like someone's full name. Similar to Tommy Hilfiger or Perry Ellis. Cameron Cooper is not one person, it's all of us. It's built for all Americans. Built for helping your neighbor. For being better. For Good Days and Better Tomorrows.
